At Fun Place, we are happy to issue refunds on all eligible items that have been returned within 14 days of delivery.
Once an item has been delivered to you, please check if the item fits perfectly as soon as your parcels arrive. If, for any reason you are not happy with the fit or the product, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, date of delivery and reason for your return. This will help us process the refund promptly. Return emails sent without the following information cannot be refunded.
While returning an item please ensure the item is in the same condition as it was received. Returns must include all the items and packaging to be eligible for return. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping and packaging while returning the goods to us. A full refund of the value of the goods will be issued upon proof of the items being returned.

Once a returned item has been received by us, it will be inspected for wear and tear, any signs that indicate it has been worn for a party or outside (traces of smoke, perfume or any odour, stains etc will be inspected), or a period of time beyond that of trying on. If the item fails this inspection it will not be deemed as an eligible product for return.
For hygiene reasons, there are no exchanges or refunds available on personal items such as - Wigs, lingerie, underwear, mankinis, stockings, tights, makeup items, accessories like false teeth etc.
After returned items have been inspected, we will get back to you on the returns email sent at email@example.com with the next steps for return and if the item is eligible for refunds. Refunds will be made by us via the method of payment you used to make your online purchase. Refunds will normally be processed within 3-5 working days.
If the returned item fails quality inspection, the items will be considered as “In Dispute”. “In Dispute” products are not eligible for refunds or exchange. A reason will be provided as to why the product is in dispute. we are happy to re-ship the item back to your address at the customers’ cost.

Damaged goods need to be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to report any damages. We will arrange to have the goods returned and either offer a replacement or refund the price to you.
If a product is defective in any way, please arrange to return the item by contacting us at email@example.com. An acknowledgement or your request to return will be provided.
